Vatel, Carême and Escoffier, chefs which helped to shape French cuisine. Escoffier was probably the biggest of them all and French and Belgian cuisine were highly influenced by him. Honoring him with a beautiful rose was a logical choice.
Rose Auguste Escoffier has old fashioned orange/peach flowers which appear till first frost. As we are used from the House of Meilland the rose is very healthy. The blooms have a moderate anise fragrance. Growth: Up to 130 cm and can be used in borders, pots, standard rose etc..
A beautiful color which attracts a lot of attention in the garden.
