Augustine Guinoisseau
Something very rare to find: Augustine Guinoisseau. The very light pink to white sport of La France, the first Hybrid Tea. She's identical to La France except for the color so she's equally fragrant!

Odette Joyeux
Odette Joyeux, Robichon 1959
Climbing Hybrid Tea
An exquisite rose and also very rare to find. Big, puffy salmon pink blooms with delicious fragrance blooming all summer long in flushes. Sturdy thick stems which need to be trained horizontally for the best blooming result. She can reach 4 meters or 14 ft. Health is good and she's quite Hardy at zone 6b and higher.
I bought mine from Loubert roses. When I first saw her I had to have her.
A rare beauty
Odette Joyeux was a famous French dancer

Colcestria
Colcestria, Cant 1916
Climbing Hybrid Tea
A kind of reblooming Constance Spry with even more petals and an extreme old rose fragrance? Does such a rose exists? Yes! The people at Loubert roses answered my question in an email. Loubert has old and rare, almost forgotten roses and they told me about a rose they sell: Colcestria!
Colcestria is a climbing Hybrid tea created by Cant in 1916. Growing up to 300 cm this vigorous rose bears giant silvery pink blooms. They remind us of Pierre de Ronsard (Eden) and of course Constance Spry but with even more petals. It's fragrance is incroyable to quote Loubert. Yes it's reblooming so Colcestria blooms in flushes. It's buds are so big and I've only seen that with Pierre de Ronsard.
For people who love puffy, over the top, Baroque roses with a strong fragrance, Colcestria is the way to go!
