Duftjuwel, Meilland 2015
In 2015 Meilland hit the bullseye with this rose and in less than seven years this rose is the rose to have! She's all the rage but is she worth it?
I ordered mine last month so I'll see them flowering in spring next year. But... I saw her at a nursery a few years ago and yes, it's a stunner.
Pink to apricot large very filled nostalgic blooms alone on strong stems or in clusters of two or three. Strong upright growth (100 cm) so the blooms will stay upright even in rainy weather. Very disease resistant and rain and heat proof. Her ancestors are Louis de Funès and the Austin rose Graham Thomas
OH yes, the fragrance 😜: Yes its heavenly and strong. A good reblooming rose especially in warm dry weather.
I'm glad that Charlène got this rose because she deserves it. Highly recommend but you guys already knew that lol
