Pope John Paul II, Zary 2006
Described as one of the most fragrant roses of all time. The smell is... well.. Miraculous! Unsurpassed lemon fragrance as if you smell a fresh squeezed lemon 🍋
The blooms are giant and exceptionally puffy just like Paul's lemon pillar blooms. They're white with a yellow shine. Extremely healthy and reblooming. Heat resistant. Can get a bit damaged in heavy rain but she doesn't ball. But if you plant this rose God will keep the rain away 😂
Named after the late Polish pope Karol Wojtyla who led the catholic Church from 1978 till his death in 2006. He became a Saint a few years later. Do I recommend this rose? Hallelujah 🙌 yes!
