Cream, pink shading, pink edges, buff undertones.  Moderate fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, globular, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season. 

Bushy, upright, can reach 250 X 90 cm. Zone 7b till 9b

Marie van Houtte was one of the most popular Teas in its days and today she's sought after by collectors of Teas. She's used a lot in breeding programs. Give her good soil, sunny position and not too cold
