Climbing Bourbon
Park's Yellow tea scented China X unknown
The older and lesser known sister of Blairii No 2 but maybe even more beautiful. Flowers are big and very rounded at first in this cream, flesh pink color. When they open more we get this very puffy, baroque flower which is a bit darker pink in the center. The fragrance is powerful and typically Bourbon.
The biggest difference between No 1 and No 2 is that No 1 does rebloom in flushes. No 2 only has one main flush and her blooms are less full and have more pink to almost violet towards the center.
Blairii No 1 gets up to 350 cm or 11 feet. Ideal for a fence, obelisk, trellis etc...
Zone 6b to 9b. Rain tolerant
It's a rather difficult rose to find but if you are able to buy her you certainly should.
