Found rose, probably sport of R. Moschata Herrmann
One of our most beautiful ramblers. Giant clusters of semi double white blooms with golden stamens. They spread an incredibly strong clove fragrance, typical for R. Moschata. The scent doesn't come from the petals but from the stamens. Rampant blooming spectacle. Vigorous growth 700 cm or 21 feet. Flowers once for five weeks. Sets hips in autumn. Zone 6b to 9b. Always listed as a Multiflora rambler but today regarded as a Moschata sport or hybrid. Nevertheless I'll put it under the label Multiflora Ramblers.
A very impressive and fragrant rose, highly recommended!
