English rose
Golden Celebration X Unnamed seedling
In my opinion Jubilee celebration is among the most beautiful English roses. For me it's the perfect example of how the ideal David Austin rose should look. Big 🚫 10 cm or 3 inches very full blooms in a gorgeous salmon pink with gold color. The blooms can be quite puffy which gives them a luxurious baroque flair. They stand in clusters on strong arching stems.
I wouldn't plant this rose in the soil but in a good size pot. Put it on a pedestal, any kind of stand will do. Due to its arching growth this rose will look magnificent in a pot and the owner can adore the blooms while standing. Strong raspberry fragrance. To ensure a good reblooming you deadhead and give plenty of food and especially water. Don't let the pot dry out. If you do this shell give you three flushes. Choose a nice sunny spot, she can withstand temp up to 30 degrees without problems. 120 X80 cm or 4 X 3 feet. Hardy zone 6b to 9b. While golden celebration is prune to Blackspot this Jubilee celebration isn't. She's quite healthy. I've had her for years in a big pot. A highly recommended rose
