Cinderella, Kordes und Söhne
Kordes is working hard to give the public more nostalgic flowered roses. We saw it with Wellenspiel, Kiss me Kate etc...
Cinderella is also one of them. On the market since 2016 so fairly new. Again it's a strong growing rose which can be used as a small climber. She reaches 150 cm without support and forms a bushy plant with dark green healthy leafs
The blooms, again, are soft pink with many petals and cupped. They stand in clusters and have a strong apple and other fruit fragrance.
Her reblooming is outstanding because the second flush is as abundant as the first.
The biggest difference between David Austin roses and the other European breeders is that the DA roses have much more floppy growth. Their branches aren't as strong and upright as the French or German ones. Result is that the DA blooms often bend over and fall onto the ground something that much less happens with French and German blooms.
