Slater's Crimson China
Old Crimson China
China Hybrid
This is the one we've been waiting for people. This rose is the ancestor of ALL our repeat flowering modern roses
She was introduced by Gilbert Slater in 1789.
Slender stems reaching up to 150 cm, loose, semi double Crimson blooms with mild to no fragrance. Occasionally repeats later in the season.
If you love the origin of our modern roses you should definitely grow her in your garden. It's rose Royalty at its best!
