Philippa Pirette, Branchi 1997
Found Tea
This rose was found in front of an old hotel in Italy. Walter Branchi propagated her and planted them in pots where they thrived and still do. He gave one to Jérôme Chêne from Loubert roses and now she's making a journey around the world. Till this day we don't know the real name of this variety.
Jérôme says that the flowers of this Tea have no equal. They are just so exquisitely placed as if they float in the air. Highly turbined (tourbillon) the blooms surpass La France in beauty. They have a vibrant, Candy pink, silvery color with a silky shine. Very strong sweet fruity fragrance. Repeats very well. Zone 6b to 10b
Height: 120X100 cm or 4 X 3 feet. Very suitable for pots.
