Radox Bouquet X Maigold
A very special rose this Jaqueline du Pré. Harness crossed the Hybrid Teas Radox Bouquet with Maigold which is a direct offspring of the wild dune rose (Rosa Spinosissima).
The result is nothing more than fabulous: Jaqueline du Pré has white to cream Single to semi double blooms with gorgeous large pink stamen. The combination is totally enchanting. A strong citrus fragrance adds to its charm. Reblooms all summer and autumn and health is top notch. Zone 5b to 10b. Makes a rather big shrub of 185X150 cm or 6X5 feet.
A few years ago Starlight symphony was introduced and she almost looks identical but with slightly smaller blooms and taller growth. They are related!
