City of London was bred by Harkness and has been around for some years and it has proven to be a very beautiful and reliable Floribunda as we are used from Harkness. She has lovely light pink very high centered buds unfolding into semi double, flat blooms with a strong fragrance. Flushes freely throughout the season and is very healthy and reliable. Zone 6b to 9b. For borders, pots and as a tree rose.
