The very best darkest Red HT climber. It surpasses Guinée because Guinée isn't that Hardy and has a serious problem regarding drying in. The branches just die in the middle of the stems.
Sénégal doesn't have those issues. It's a glorious climber with double blooms in the most magnificent dark red color. A strong fragrance makes it all complete. Very vigorous growth with rather thin stems going everywhere. She can reach five meters or 18 feet. Zone 6b to 9b. Try to plant her with some afternoon shade as the flowers may burn from the hot sun ☀
Flushes freely throughout the season.
