Dame Edith Helen, Dickson 1925
Hybrid Tea
An old and glorious Hybrid Tea when shape and fragrance were very important to breeders.
With the exquisite Hybrid Perpetual Mrs John Laing as a parent you can almost guess how the flowers will look: Puffy, silvery pink with even more petals than it's famous parent. They open as Quartered gems and are huge. They have a very strong delicious fragrance
This rose can reach between 3 or 4 feet or 100 to 120 cm. Still of good health but she can get blackspot in rainy summers. Reblooms good. The big flowers are held on strong stems.
An old but incredibly beautiful rose.
