Red Hybrid Teas are always better as climbers and we have many examples of that: Étoile de Hollande climbing, Crimson Glory climbing, Ena Harkness climbing, Papa Meilland climbing etc..

But there's also Don Juan climbing. So we are dealing with perfect formed high centered flaming red flowers, a strong Damask fragrance and very vigorous growth. It's essential to train the stiff long canes horizontally ASAP or to train them on your trellis. Don't let them grow vertically or you don't have any flowers below.
